Peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, School Holidays) book up very early! We open availability 10 months in advance. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead for normal periods, and months ahead for holidays.
Check-in is between 9am - 4pm. Check-out is between 9am - 12pm. Late check-out is available until 5pm for an additional fee.
You don't need to bring anything! We provide premium food, bedding, toys, and litter. However, you're welcome to bring your cat's favorite toy or blanket for comfort, any special medications, or their preferred food brand if they have specific dietary needs.
Absolutely! We encourage visits and offer facility tours. Please contact us to schedule a time so we can ensure we're available to show you around.
All cats must have a current F3 vaccination certificate. This must be provided prior to or upon arrival. We cannot accept cats without proof of vaccination for the safety of all our guests.
We conduct daily health checks. If we have any concerns, we will contact you immediately. We have 24/7 access to veterinary clinics and will ensure your cat gets proper medical attention if needed.
We are open to discussing special medical needs. Please contact us before booking to discuss your cat's specific requirements so we can ensure we can provide the best care.
We maintain strict hygiene protocols including individual, fully enclosed suites with no shared spaces, health screenings at check-in, daily sanitization of all areas, and dedicated isolation rooms if needed. All cleaning meets legal and local council requirements.
Not yet! We are planning to introduce real-time camera access in our next phase (mid-2026). For now, we provide daily photo updates!
